MMT Financial Services was founded by Melinda McGee in 1992. The firm was established to give individuals, business and non-profits an alternative to tax preparation options that were available in the Shoals area. MMT was created with quality work and affordability in mind.

Alisha Michael began working at MMT in 1999. She started off as a part-time tax preparer and eventually took over the accounting/bookkeeping part of the business. Alisha’s passion has always been accounting and she loves what she does. After Melinda passed away in 2021, Alisha bought MMT to keep the legacy alive.
